Sleep has a direct correlation with America’s grades racking in the world. Maybe that is why were so low in the ranking. If students like me could more sleep maybe we could do better on tests and other things. This is very Apparent and college students. People think its all your phones falt, but its also because of school. Staying up so we study for tests, is another reason for sleep deprivation. I mathematics Americas lowest Average out of all of Americas averages. The middle average of America is science. and the highest average in America is reading. Maybe if we gay kids must sleep, maybe more kids to get into Ivy League colleges like brown Harvard or Yale. So most teens must head to school before theyve gotten the 8.5 to 9.5 hours of sleep recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). So if research and Common sense tell you that sleep helps the grades why dont professionals and experts do something about it. I dont know why They dont do something about it they just dont. In 1965, 17-year-old high school student, Randy Garder stayed awake for 264 hours. That’s 11 days to see how he’d cope without sleep. On the of his test, his eyes stopped focusing.
